It’s about time to get my exercise regime up to speed. After only two outings on the local roads I get out and about for a 5k walk in what I plan to make a daily occurrence.
I’m not going to be sharing my daily weights as I have been up to now. After the opening week I don’t want to get fixated on the numbers involved in this process.
Also got my first gift as part of the challenge from Jump Juice Bars where I had dropped in on Monday last week. Someone from the company watched the video during the week and sent me a few vouchers to avail of when I found myself out and about again.
