I was delighted with the results of my fifth week on the juice fast. Bringing my total weight lost to 8.3 kg (18lbs) in the 35 days I’ve been following this juice fasting plan.
I also share a surprisingly spicy juice recipe on today’s vlog. I talk about the quantity of juice that I’m consuming on a daily basis, while I set off to tick off a summer bucket list item by climbing Knocknarea, a hill in nearby Strandhill in Sligo along the Wild Atlantic Way.
