It’s vitally important that before you rush into drastic changes in your diet you ensure that there is no reason why you shouldn’t do that. A lot of you have been in touch with me in the last week with concerns and advice in regard to the various reasons why this diet might be doing more harm than good. Today I revisited the doctor to get further advice on what exactly is going on with my body.
One of the hardest challenges is being around other people who aren’t observing a similar diet, particularly children who might not fully get what you’re trying to do. Hanging out with my 6 year old nephew for an afternoon would provide a number of craving challenges and trials but happily I passed each of them with flying colours.
